This is one of my all time favourites! It’s so simple, delicious and is a great way to fuel the start of your day.
- 1 Large banana
- Half a cup of almond milk
- Half a cup of water
- 1 tbsp Almond butter or peanut butter, I use a bit of both!
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp of Chia seeds
Toss everything into a blender except the chia seeds, I like to add them at the end so they don’t get stuck in the blender, I also feel like they make me fuller for longer as they expand, it also adds a bit of a crunch to your smoothie meaning you don’t slurp it down so quick.
